A few minutes of stillness, away from everything else. I’m sharing this
because I value transparency, and because these small rituals
are also part of my own life.

I’d been struggling with inflammation and discomfort in my legs for quite some time.
While I was also following my doctor’s recommendations,
I decided to try soaking my feet in Carnallite Salt, I got it as a gift actually. And I’m really glad I did.
I try to do it about three times a week, although sometimes it ends up being just once, and I still definitely feel the difference. My legs feel more relaxed, less heavy, and much more comfortable overall. It’s become something

I don't know about the USA, but in Europe this type of salt (carnallite!) from the Dead Sea is very appreciated, for example, for facial skin care when there are problems with acne.
And these salt treatments are very simple. I pour a tablespoon of carnallite salt into a glass, mix it with warm water, and I have a ready-made treatment for problem skin. It couldn't be simpler. But you surely know that this salt can be used in various ways; we also use it
as a mouthwash.
I could go on and on about it. Because I'm a fan of the
Dead Sea Salt!
