Before first use, perform a patch test. Apply a small amount of scrub to the inner arm and wait 24 hours. If no irritation occurs, use as directed.
 
Apply a small amount of scrub to clean, damp skin. Gently massage in circular motions, focusing on rough areas such as hands, elbows, knees, and feet. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
Use 1 to 2 times per week, or as tolerated.
 
Do not use on the face, scalp, intimate areas, broken skin, irritated skin, or freshly shaved skin.
