Instructions For Use:
Your package includes a 3 oz measuring cup.
Three filled cups equal approximately 1 U.S. cup of carnallite salt.
 
Bath: Add 4 measuring cups of salt to warm bath water. Immerse yourself for 15-20 minutes to let the minerals release their renewing properties. For a deeper, more mineral-rich experience, you may add up to 2 additional measuring cups of salt. Adjust the amount to your comfort level. For best results, repeat 2-3 times per week.
 
Hand soak: Fill the included 3 oz measuring cap once and add to a basin of warm water. Soak your hands for 10-15 minutes to soften and refresh the skin. Can be used 3-4 times per week for best results.
 
Foot soak: Fill the included 3 oz measuring cap four times (12 oz total) and add to a basin of warm water. Soak your feet for 15−20 minutes to soften and refresh the skin. You can also use a pumice stone to gently smooth rough areas. For best results, use 2-3 times per week.
