Karnalite M-20™ is a mineral-rich Carnallite Dead Sea salt sourced from the Jordanian Dead Sea region. Naturally low in sodium chloride, this unique salt is rich in potassium and magnesium salts, with naturally occurring minerals and trace elements such as potassium, magnesium, chloride, sodium, calcium, bromide, sulfate, iron, strontium, lithium, boron, zinc, manganese, copper, selenium, iodine, phosphorus, silicon, cobalt, and nickel.

Designed for bath and soak rituals, Karnalite M-20™ helps soften and refresh the feel of skin while supporting a calming self-care experience.
 
Instructions For Use:
Your package includes a 3 fl oz measuring cup.
 
Because salt weight can vary depending on crystal size and density, the measuring cup is provided for approximate household use only. For the most accurate dosage, measure by weight.
 
BATH:
Add 4 measuring cups of salt to warm bath water. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse if desired and pat skin dry.
 
For a stronger mineral soak, add up to 2 additional measuring cups, adjusting the amount to your comfort level.
 
Use 1 to 3 times per week, or as tolerated.
 
HAND SOAK:
Add 1 measuring cup of salt to a basin of warm water. Soak hands for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse and pat dry.Use 2 to 4 times per week, or as tolerated.
 
FOOT SOAK: 
Add 4 measuring cups of salt to a basin of warm water. Soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse and pat dry.
 
You may use a pumice stone to gently smooth rough areas after soaking.
 
Use 1 to 3 times per week, or as tolerated.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
