Carnallite salt is known for its naturally high mineral content and low sodium chloride profile compared with common bath salt. Karnalite M-20™ contains naturally occurring minerals such as potassium, magnesium, chloride, sodium, calcium, bromide, sulfate, iron, strontium, lithium, boron, zinc, manganese, copper, selenium, iodine, phosphorus, silicon, cobalt, and nickel.
 
This salt dissolves into warm water to create a mineral-rich soaking experience that helps skin feel refreshed, softened, and comfortable after use.
 
Use as part of a calming self-care routine, exactly as directed.
 
Instructions For Use:
Your package includes a measuring cup.
Because salt weight may vary depending on grain size and density, all measurements are approximate. Adjust the amount based on your comfort level and the size of your bath or basin.
 
BATH
Add 4 measuring cups of salt to warm bath water. Stir until dissolved.
Soak for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse the skin with clean warm water and pat dry.
For a stronger mineral bath, you may add up to 2 additional measuring cups, if well tolerated.Use 1 to 3 times per week, or as preferred.
 
HAND SOAK:
Add 1 measuring cup of salt to a basin of warm water. Stir until dissolved.
Soak hands for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse and pat dry.
Use 2 to 4 times per week, or as tolerated.
 
FOOT SOAK: 
Add 4 measuring cups of salt to a basin of warm water. Stir until dissolved.
Soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse and pat dry. If desired, use a pumice stone gently on rough areas after soaking.
Use 1 to 3 times per week, or as tolerated.ek.
